- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information during booking.
- Fail to comply with the rules and regulations of Logitrain.
- Arrive late or be absent for reasons within my control.
- Cause damage to training provider property, equipment, or facilities.
- Engage in unlawful behaviour, misconduct, or actions against the interests of the training provider.
Terms & Conditions
training provider Pty Ltd (ABN 50 615 898 103) agrees to supply goods and services (“Services”)
to a purchaser, participant, attendee, student or course recipient (“Client”, “Participant”,
“Candidate”, “Student”, “You” or “Your”) under these standard terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Throughout this agreement, the words “course” and “training” may refer to a course, internship,
career counselling session, or any related service depending on your enrolment. A course refers
to a booking that includes one or multiple modules as a single package. Course components cannot
be separated, removed, or individually altered.
training provider quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. As our website is periodically
updated, cached versions may appear on your device. For the most accurate information, please clear

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All parties agree to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts. By using this website, you agree to comply with the
terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.
